MADISON HIGHLAND PREP: COVID-19 CASE DATA DASHBOARD

Madison Highland Prep has developed this COVID-19 Dashboard to provide MHP families a summary of positive COVID-19 cases at the school. Cases recorded on the dashboard indicate that an individual on campus has tested positive for COVID-19.

In the event that an individual has tested positive for COVID-19, MHP will send two notifications:

1. Any student considered to have had an exposure in accordance with MHP’s mitigation plan:
   1. Unvaccinated individuals will be required to quarantine for a period of 5 days and may return to school once a negative COVID test is obtained
   2. An individual who is double vaccinated will be permitted to attend school.
2. Individual who test positive will be required to quarantine for a period of 5 days. If the individual continues to display symptoms they will be required to quarantine for the full 10 days.

Please note: The Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) guidelines do not stipulate all families be notified when there is a positive case; however, MHP believes in keeping our families informed and will be sending out notifications to the entire school when there is a positive case. Notifications will be sent via email to the address families have provided to their school.
